Role Overview: The Equipment Engineering Team is seeking a committed professional to join the Global Operations & Technology Team at ADI. This team plays a crucial role in various wafer fabrication operations, encompassing areas such as Photolithography, Diffusion, Implant, and Epitaxy. The selected candidate will engage in significant projects that foster innovation within ADI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting equipment malfunctions
- Enhancing equipment efficiency
- Validating new machinery and materials
- Establishing process and equipment metrics
- Executing equipment enhancements
- Examining material inconsistencies
- Refining manufacturing methodologies
- Tracking cycle times and equipment performance indicators
- Drafting technical specifications
- Collaborating with production teams
- Guiding junior engineering staff
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in the semiconductor industry
Desirable Qualifications:
- Experience in equipment maintenance and upgrades
- Proven mechanical skills
- Competence in programming languages and computer applications
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Capability to manage multiple initiatives
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Compensation: The salary range for this position is $89,600 to $123,200. The role includes comprehensive benefits such as medical, vision, and dental coverage, a 401k plan, paid time off, holidays, and sick leave. Additionally, eligibility for a performance-based bonus is provided.
