Job Title: Parenting Worker

Job Summary:

Pinnacle Community Services, Inc. is seeking a skilled Parenting Worker to join our team. As a Parenting Worker, you will provide supportive engagement and evidence-based educational programming to families, with a focus on promoting healthy relationships and parenting practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide ongoing service planning for families with Supervisor support
  • Deliver evidence-based educational programming and supervised visitation services to parents
  • Collaborate with Niagara County Department of Social Services on shared caseload
  • Maintain continuous documentation on families' progress
  • Provide referrals to other service providers as needed
  • Transport clients on occasion, as directed by Supervisor
  • Present PCS Agency and Program Services to the community at large
  • Attend continuous training throughout employment

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of child development, group work, and child welfare
  • Valid NYS Driver's License
  • Reliable transportation during work hours
