Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team at Select Medical Corporation. As a Physical Therapist-Outpatient Orthopedics Specialist, you will be responsible for evaluating, treating, and directing treatment for patients with medically necessary physical therapy needs. Responsibilities:

- Evaluate and treat patients with various physical therapy needs, including orthopedic, sports medicine, and industrial rehabilitation services.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help patients achieve their specific goals.
- Maintain open and respectful communication with co-workers, physicians, patients, family members, and third-party payors.

Requirements:

- Must be a graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited school of physical therapy.
- Valid State Physical Therapy License/Registration REQUIRED to start.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week with occasional late or early shifts to accommodate patients.

Physical Requirements:

- Ability to lift patients using appropriate biomechanical techniques frequently throughout the course of a work day/shift.
- Ability to walk, bend, stand, and reach constantly during a work day/shift.
