Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Plumbing Systems Technician to join our team at the City of Pasadena. As a key member of our facilities department, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing, heating, and cooling systems in our buildings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install new plumbing systems, including pipes, valves, and fixtures
  • Repair and maintain existing plumbing systems, including soldering and replacing copper pipes
  • Service heating and cooling systems, including gas lines and water heaters
  • Conduct preventative maintenance on sump pumps and other equipment
  • Assist with annual inspections and testing
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Two years' experience in the plumbing trade
  • Current Texas Apprentice Plumbers License
  • Valid Texas Driver's License
