Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and HVAC work.
  • Respond to service requests and complete work orders in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Interact with management personnel and other team members in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of experience in maintenance and repair work, preferably in a warehouse or industrial setting.
  • Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs, bend, push, pull, stretch, stoop, squat, climb ladders, walk, and sit for extended periods.
  • Detail-oriented and capable of performing basic math functions.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
