Job Description

Northern Light Health is seeking a skilled and compassionate CNA I - Unit Secretary to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional patient care and administrative support, working closely with our healthcare team to deliver high-quality patient outcomes.

About the Position:

  • Perform secretarial duties using specific knowledge of medical terminology and hospital procedures.
  • Coordinates assigned unit activities, manages patient records, and processes physician orders.
  • Coordinates the safe transport of patients and other items as directed.

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule appointments, bill patients, and compile and record medical charts, reports, and correspondence.
  • Transcribe physician's orders, flag charts appropriately, and enter orders into the computer.
  • Maintain a safe environment complying with Northern Light Health policies and procedures.
