As a key member of our pediatric department, you will be responsible for managing the front desk, interacting with patients and providers, and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple phone lines and greet patients, verifying their information during the check-in process.
  • Update patient information in our system and process referrals, lab requests, and other tasks as needed.
  • Schedule and reschedule patient appointments, providing excellent customer service and support to our team members.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to clinic safety guidelines, demonstrating a commitment to patient care and safety.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience with medical terminology and software programs applicable to the position.
  • Ability to maintain regular attendance and work independently with minimal supervision.
