Our extensive inventory features industry-recognized brands, and our team of Regional Sales Managers is dedicated to assisting clients with design, specification, sales, and installation.

Our professional staff boasts over 150 years of combined experience in the electronic access control sector, including several certified technicians. We provide a comprehensive inventory of products and systems to ensure timely delivery for our customers' projects. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and supervise all Branch personnel to achieve sales, profitability, and customer service goals.
  2. Oversee and execute tasks assigned to Customer Service Representatives.
  3. Collaborate with Regional and National Sales Managers to set sales and profit targets along with actionable plans.
  4. Work with the Operations Manager to determine inventory levels that support customer fulfillment while optimizing inventory turnover.

Essential Duties:

  1. Review daily reports to ensure accurate data entry and invoicing related to sales and margins.
  2. Prepare various sales and activity reports as requested to assess performance.
  3. Coordinate product orders with the Operations and Logistics Managers to meet market demands.
  4. Participate in management calls to provide sales estimates and updates on market conditions.
  5. Organize vendor/customer training sessions and participate in trade shows and industry events.
  6. Provide support for site specifications and installations, involving vendors as necessary.
  7. Ensure all Branch activities comply with established processes and procedures.
  8. Collaborate with the Office Manager to meet administrative requirements, including collections for accounts receivable.
  9. Evaluate Branch personnel performance and recommend changes in compensation and improvement actions.
  10. Execute all duties outlined for Customer Service/Sales Representatives.

Performance Metrics:

  1. Achievement of company, regional, and branch sales and gross profit objectives.
  2. Inventory turnover rates.
  3. Management of branch operating expenses.
  4. Order fulfillment efficiency.
  5. Customer satisfaction levels.
