Global Sales Director

Sales and Revenue GenerationThe successful candidate will lead the sales function at The Ritz-Carlton Sarasota, driving long-term value-based relationships with customers to achieve property sales objectives.
This position requires strategic thinking and collaboration with stakeholders to maximize revenue through effective implementation of sales strategies.
- Develop and execute sales plans addressing revenue, customers, and market segments.
- Work with the sales team to create opportunities for growth and develop customer relationships.
- Maintain and build key relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in sales and marketing or a related field. A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a related major is preferred.
The ideal candidate should have:
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in sales and marketing or a related field.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- A proven track record of success in sales and revenue generation.
The salary range for this position is $95,000 to $125,000 annually. In addition to the annual salary, the position will be eligible to receive a quarterly bonus.
