**About Us**: Dal-Tile is a leading manufacturer and marketer of ceramic, porcelain, glass and metal tile as well as natural stone, large format slab and countertop products used in residential and commercial spaces across North America. We operate under three powerhouse brands — Daltile, Marazzi and American Olean.

We are seeking an exceptional Sales Center Operations Director to join our team. This role is responsible for increasing product sales within the assigned store coverage area, developing and retaining effective working relationships with customers, and managing store operations and personnel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve revenue, budget, and other business objectives for each fiscal year by analyzing market trends, customer needs, and pricing strategies.
  • Develop business relationships with key customers within the store coverage area through regular meetings, negotiations, and strategic planning sessions.
  • Provide leadership and direction in the pursuit of store objectives with employees by setting clear goals, expectations, and performance metrics.
  • Cultivate a culture of excellent customer service, ensuring that all interactions are professional, courteous, and responsive to customer needs.
  • Analyze and control SSC expenditures to conform to budgetary requirements, identifying areas for cost reduction and implementing process improvements.
  • Ensure prudent credit transactions and manage account collections, maintaining accurate records and reporting on financial performance.
  • Participate in the planning process by providing accurate, achievable sales forecasts, aligning achievements with corporate goals, standards, and objectives.
  • Communicate safety program goals and expectations, ensuring associates are properly trained in safety protocols.
  • Recruit, hire, and manage SSC staff associates, including daily support, direction, and ongoing performance management and development.
Requirements:
  • HS diploma and 5+ years relevant sales experience required OR Bachelor's degree in Business or related field and 1+ years of relevant sales experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of previous management experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, analytical aptitude, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Proven training, teamwork, and leadership skills, ability to multi-task, follow-up, and follow-through.
Salary and Benefits:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $80,000 - $120,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
