Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain supportive relationships with parents, providing a safe and non-judgmental space for them to share their experiences and concerns.

Requirements
  • Two years of experience participating in self-help activities, peer support or advocacy programs, or similar organizations.
  • Experience working with parents of youth involved in the juvenile justice system, with a focus on building trust and rapport.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
