Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and support middle-to-back-office capabilities for private market processes, including deal execution, transaction booking, and valuations.
  • Lead discovery sessions with stakeholders to understand business needs, challenges, and opportunities, and facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to gather detailed requirements and insights.
  • Lead discussions, analyze, and conceptualize IT solutions that meet business needs, and validate solutions with engineering and architecture teams.
  • Conduct data analysis to identify patterns and develop models to support business processes.
  • Present IT solutions to business and IT stakeholders, explaining how they address business needs, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Support the project team during execution, re-engage business SMEs to revise requirements or accept alternative solutions as needed, and define test strategy, execute test cases, and provide clarifications during testing phases.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science or any related study.
  • At least 6 years of experience in technology business analysis or software development, with a focus preferably on investment/banking applications.
  • Experience overseeing complex IT projects, including system integrations and data migrations.
  • Experience in ETL processes, SQL, and APIs.
  • Experience in data analysis, pattern recognition, and model development.
  • Experience in Product Management and Agile Methodology.
