Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and creative Fundraising and Marketing Administrator to join our team at Seeds of Faith, Inc. This individual will provide administrative support, manage marketing and outreach efforts, and assist with fundraising initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing and Outreach:
    • Develop and implement social media strategies to engage with our audience and promote our mission.
    • Research and contact event sites, vendors, and community partners to expand our relationships and drive outreach.
    • Write and create compelling content for our website, social media, and quarterly newsletters.
    • Manage our online presence and ensure consistency across all platforms.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Provide administrative support to our Executive Director, including calendar management and communication.
    • Collect and track program fees, donations, and resident data using our CRM system.
    • Assist with inventory management, order fulfillment, and other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Grant Writing and Research:
    • Research and identify potential grant opportunities to support our mission.
    • Write and submit grant proposals to foundations and other funding sources.
Requirements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with WordPress, Canva, and CRM system management.
  • Highly organized, mature, and emotionally intelligent with excellent communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
