Job Overview

As the Operations Manager, you will oversee all aspects of store operations during your shift. Your leadership will ensure effective cost management, inventory oversight, cash handling, and exceptional customer interactions. You are expected to exemplify adherence to all policies and procedures, setting a standard for your team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage staffing and maintain accurate paperwork.
  • Implement cost control measures and oversee cash management.
  • Ensure quality food management and adherence to scheduling.
  • Uphold a professional image and maintain high standards of cleanliness.
  • Drive marketing initiatives and enhance store profitability.

Qualifications
All team members are expected to:
  • Operate all necessary equipment efficiently.
  • Stock ingredients from delivery to storage areas.
  • Prepare food products and manage telephone orders.
  • Conduct inventory checks and complete related documentation.
  • Maintain cleanliness of equipment and the facility on a daily basis.

Training
On-the-job orientation and training will be provided.

Communication Skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for processing orders and interacting with customers and team members.

Essential Skills
  • Ability to perform basic arithmetic accurately.
  • Proficiency in making correct monetary change.
  • Effective verbal and written communication for order processing.
  • Good motor coordination for precise tasks.
  • Competence in using computers and touch screens for order entry.

Work Environment
Be prepared for:
  • Variable weather conditions during outdoor tasks.
  • In-store temperatures ranging from cool to warm.
  • Exposure to food odors and dust.
  • Working in confined spaces, including coolers.
  • Handling hot surfaces and sharp tools.

Physical Requirements
Responsibilities include:
  • Standing for extended periods.
  • Walking short distances as needed.
  • Lifting and carrying items weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Pushing and pulling trays and equipment.
  • Occasional climbing and bending to perform tasks.

Tools and Equipment
Team members will utilize various tools, including computers, telephones, and kitchen equipment, to perform their duties effectively.
