Collaborating closely with the Creative Director and design team, the Specialist will ensure that all outputs align with the branding standards and guidelines of The Dentists. This is a part-time role, averaging 20 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop print-ready designs in a dynamic, deadline-oriented environment, where both efficiency and precision are essential.
  • Create monthly updates for The Dentists, adhering to production and printing timelines in partnership with editors, writers, and production managers.
  • Maintain and promote The Dentists' branding standards across all marketing materials, advertisements, multimedia content, and print projects.
  • Ensure the accuracy and quality of all produced materials, following the established proofreading and workflow processes.
  • Assist in the development and upkeep of a job archiving and organization system in collaboration with the traffic coordinator.
  • Perform additional tasks as required.
Qualifications & Skills

A Bachelor's degree in graphic design, advertising, or a related discipline is preferred, along with two to five years of experience in a design studio, advertising agency, or corporate marketing environment.

Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Comprehensive knowledge and proficiency with Macintosh systems and Adobe Creative Suite, as well as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Apple Keynote. Familiarity with web-based software and file preparation is advantageous.
  • Exceptional attention to detail concerning design elements, typography, color accuracy, printing techniques, and proofreading standards is required.
  • Ability to engage positively and effectively with colleagues at all organizational levels, as well as with vendors and clients.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly in both written and visual formats.
