Job Summary:

As a Water Mitigation Lead Technician at Midwest Remediation, you will be responsible for overseeing every job assigned to you, managing the assistant technician, and engaging with customers. You will also be responsible for disaster efforts, maintaining company vehicles, and ensuring the cleanliness and inventory of equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee every job assigned to you, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage the assistant technician, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Engage with customers, providing excellent communication and customer service.
  • Participate in disaster efforts, responding to weather-related emergencies.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and inventory of company vehicles and equipment.
Requirements:
  • Dewald Academy of Drying certification.
  • Industry experience in water mitigation and restoration.
  • Strong understanding of the mitigation process and equipment functionality.
  • Punctuality, motivation, and strong leadership skills.
  • Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 80 pounds.
  • Ability to stand for at least 8 hours and sit for at least 6 hours.
  • Ability to work in outdoor and indoor non-airconditioned conditions.
  • Ability to work in confined spaces and wear safety equipment.
