About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Mental Health Services Coordinator to join our team at SCHARP California. As a member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day activities of our program and ensuring that our clients receive high-quality care.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate appointments and scheduling for our clinical staff
  • Manage paperwork and documentation for our program
  • Assist with budgeting and resource allocation
  • Communicate with clients and their families to ensure smooth care coordination
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of program outcomes and achievements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least two years' experience working in mental health administration
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
