Job Summary:

Emcor Inc is seeking an experienced HVAC Multi-Craft Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for providing preventative care and repairs for HVAC systems, as well as installation of new systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for commercial and industrial customers
  • Perform preventive maintenance tasks and inspections on HVAC equipment
  • Inspect HVAC systems for effectiveness and safety
  • Keep records of customer appointments and payment transactions, to include invoices
  • Maintain accurate inventory of all equipment, tools, and HVAC resources
  • Perform all aspects of installation of HVAC systems


Requirements:

  • 3-5 years experience in the HVAC industry
  • Certification through the Environmental Protection Agency to handle refrigerants
  • Must hold state HVAC technician license
  • Certification or associate's degree from an HVAC program at a technical school preferred
  • Strong verbal communication skills, ability to explain complex HVAC issues with customers in a way they understand
  • Must hold state driver's license
