Job Title: Responsive Recruiter

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Responsive Recruiter. In this role, you will play a critical part in providing leadership and instruction to youth in local high schools and community organizations using The Dibble Institute's Love Notes 4.0 SRA curriculum.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver group instruction for teens ages 14-18 using The Dibble Institute's Love Notes 4.0 SRA curriculum to teach them about self-regulation, goal setting, healthy decision-making, and healthy relationships.
  • Ensure that implementation of the Love Notes 4.0 SRA meets fidelity standards and work with the Program Manager to increase fidelity and follow improvement plans.
  • Collaborate with school counselors, teachers, and organization staff/volunteers for program planning and/or referrals.
  • Assist in strategic dissemination and communication activities to raise awareness of the program with youth, their families, and key stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records, administer Entry and Exit post surveys for each youth participant, and communicate relevant data to the Data Reporting Analyst.
  • Meet or exceed program goals and objectives set forth by the federal funding agency in their assigned county(ies).
  • Become a certified facilitator in Love Notes 4.0 SRA and attend applicable local, state, and national training.
  • Comply with the project's confidentiality policy and perform other duties as assigned by the Program Director or Program Manager.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with youth, preferably delivering evidence-based positive youth development programming.
  • Equivalent work experience in the field of Social work, Sociology, Education, or Psychology.
  • Baccalaureate Degree in Social Work and/or Sociology, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Computer skills, ability to communicate with youth openly without judgment, and promote a positive image through manners, dress, attendance, and attitude.
  • Bilingual ability (Spanish/English) is preferred, as well as knowledge of community resources and local agencies.

Physical Requirements:

Frequent travel within the area, willingness to work flexible hours, and a valid driver's license with a safe driving record are required. Must pass a pre-employment physical and be able to perform the physical requirements of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.
