Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality stretch sessions to clients, ensuring a safe and effective experience.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, encouraging and motivating them throughout their stretch sessions.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our proprietary Flexologist training program, ensuring seamless delivery of our services.
  • Collaborate with our sales team to drive membership growth and retention.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in stretching and flexibility.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Massage Therapist, Personal Trainer, Physical Therapist, or Pilates or Yoga Instructor.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to learn and grow with our company.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Availability to attend our 2-day Flexologist Training Program, which includes 20 hours of online tutorials and 2 days of in-person/hands-on training.

Compensation: $22-$25 per hour for stretching services, with opportunities for additional income through sales and outreach.
