Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute research plans, recommending methodologies and scopes to inform business decisions.
- Conduct and oversee qualitative research projects, including stakeholder, customer, and employee interviews, ethnographies, concept testing, and usability studies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify assumptions and advocate for meaningful research projects that drive business strategy.
- Maintain a research repository, synthesizing existing insights to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
- Communicate actionable insights to partners and leadership through storytelling and updates to the customer journey.
- Manage vendor relationships to execute studies and source secondary insights.
- Provide guidance on experience measurement and testing plans for digital channels.
- 6+ years of experience in customer experience/design, with a focus on research and strategy.
- 2+ years of experience working with agile research and analytics platforms.
- 2+ years of experience creating and managing customer journeys using insights from primary and secondary sources.
- 2+ years of experience in a team and/or project leadership role.
- 2+ years of experience in an omni-channel environment, including e-commerce development and optimization.
- 2+ years of experience working on health-related experiences and/or experiences for older adults.
