Soccer Shots Rochester - Coach Opportunity

We are seeking a passionate and energetic coach to join our team at Soccer Shots Rochester. As a coach, you will be responsible for leading high-energy, creative, and fun 45-minute sessions for children aged 2-7 years old.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct engaging and interactive sessions using our provided curriculum.
  • Instruct sessions a week, with the opportunity to increase to more sessions as needed.
  • Submit availability three weeks prior to the start of a season.
  • Commit to a 10-week season, with set times and days for each session.
  • Travel to assigned locations weekly, providing a safe and caring environment for every child.
  • Maintain organized and clean equipment, and submit weekly attendance and invoices online.
  • Participate in coaches' training days and mid-season meetings.
Qualifications:
  • Enthusiasm and a passion for working with young children.
  • Availability Monday-Friday between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM, and Saturdays between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM.
  • Soccer experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Reliable transportation and a clean background check.
Compensation:
  • $18-$22 per session, with opportunities for bonuses and feedback.
