Kreg Therapeutics is seeking a highly skilled Quality Control Inspector to join our team. As a Quality Control Inspector, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our products.
Key Responsibilities- Accurately record and inspect incoming raw materials, including sampling and testing for quality and compliance.
- Conduct visual and measurement tests to ensure products meet specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Initiate nonconforming material reports and receiving rejection notices for products that do not meet quality standards.
- Maintain and calibrate measurement equipment to ensure accuracy and precision.
- Document inspection results and summarize re-work and waste.
- Collaborate with production manager and quality engineer to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including FDA and ISO standards.
- Experience in a regulated industry, preferably in a quality control or inspection role.
- Knowledge of electro-mechanical instruments and components, as well as measuring devices such as meters, gauges, and calipers.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and communicate effectively with technical documents.
- Associates degree or 5+ years of work experience in a related field.
- Certified Quality Inspector certification is a plus.
