Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate the activities of manufacturing personnel, ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Facilitate Daily Operations by coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless production processes.
- Ensure Safety and Conduct by enforcing company policies and procedures, and investigating any incidents or issues that may arise.
- Monitor and Improve production equipment and processes to optimize performance and efficiency.
- Train and Develop employees to enhance their skills and knowledge, and to ensure that they are equipped to perform their duties effectively.
- Enforce Quality Standards by monitoring and controlling the quality of products and processes.
- Manage Inventory and Labor by tracking and recording labor, scrap, and finished parts to maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or operations management role, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams. Proficiency in inventory management and labor tracking systems.
