Job Summary

U.S. Farathane is seeking a highly skilled Production Manager to oversee the daily operations of our manufacturing department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient production of high-quality products while maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate the activities of manufacturing personnel, ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Facilitate Daily Operations by coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless production processes.
  • Ensure Safety and Conduct by enforcing company policies and procedures, and investigating any incidents or issues that may arise.
  • Monitor and Improve production equipment and processes to optimize performance and efficiency.
  • Train and Develop employees to enhance their skills and knowledge, and to ensure that they are equipped to perform their duties effectively.
  • Enforce Quality Standards by monitoring and controlling the quality of products and processes.
  • Manage Inventory and Labor by tracking and recording labor, scrap, and finished parts to maintain accurate inventory levels.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience: 2-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or operations management role, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams. Proficiency in inventory management and labor tracking systems.
