Responsibilities

  • Perform diagnostic-quality nuclear medicine procedures consistently, adhering to departmental protocols and safety standards.
  • Accurately triage patients based on their acuity, ensuring proper identification and reviewing orders for exam appropriateness.
  • Submit complete and accurate exam images along with necessary worksheets for physician interpretation.
  • Ensure all data entry and clerical tasks are performed meticulously to maintain accurate records in our systems.
  • Demonstrate compliance with all departmental policies and procedures.
  • Maintain relevant credentials (such as CNMT or ARRT(N)) and fulfill continuing education requirements for laboratory accreditation.
  • Manage inventory of radionuclides and supplies to ensure efficient operations.
  • Keep thorough records and quality control documentation necessary for state licensure.
  • Engage fully in risk management initiatives and investigations.
  • Handle all sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and security.
  • Participate in departmental meetings and quality improvement activities.
  • Assist in the training and orientation of new staff and students as required.
  • Address issues with supervisors when necessary.
  • Adhere to the Code of Business Conduct and all relevant company policies, as well as local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Contribute to various projects as assigned by your supervisor.
  • Perform other duties as needed.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma is required; an Associate's Degree is preferred.
  • Graduate of an accredited nuclear medicine program and possess CNMT or ARRT(N) certification.

Compensation: USD $30.00/Hr. to USD $45.00/Hr.
