**About the Position**

We are seeking an Inclusive Growth Coordinator to join our Strategic Investments Group (SIG) at New York City Economic Development Corporation (NYCEDC). As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in promoting inclusive economic development in NYC by unlocking access to capital, mobilizing private investment, and supporting the growth of strategic sectors.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of economic development principles and practices, with a focus on workforce development, economic mobility, and access to flexible capital for underserved groups. They will also be skilled in project management, stakeholder engagement, and collaboration.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement strategies to promote inclusive economic development in NYC
  • Work closely with stakeholders to identify and address barriers to inclusive growth
  • Provide analysis and recommendations to inform investment decisions

**What We Offer:**

  • Competitive salary: $80,000 - $105,000 per year, depending on experience

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Public Policy, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in economic development, finance, or a related field

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
