Noblis is seeking a highly skilled Management Analyst to support the Office of Health Security under the Department of Homeland Security. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in preparing for and responding to health crises while advancing the organization's mission.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Planning: Develop, implement, and track strategic plans to support the Office of Health Security's mission.
- Outreach and Communications: Coordinate with federal, state, local, tribal, and territorial partners to facilitate effective outreach and communications.
- Technical Editing and Design: Produce high-quality technical editing and graphic design for printed materials and online products.
- Internal and External Communications: Assist in developing, editing, and obtaining approvals for internal and external communications products.
- Partner Engagement: Survey partners for requirements and user satisfaction with delivered products and services.
- Meeting Planning and Facilitation: Plan and facilitate meetings with government officials, including crafting briefing materials for technical and non-technical audiences.
- DHS Suitability: Ability to obtain DHS Suitability.
- Security Clearance: Active Secret security clearance or higher.
- Education and Experience: Master's degree with 3-10 years of applicable professional experience. Bachelor's degree with a greater number of years of applicable experience also considered.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Organizational Skills: Well-organized, critical thinker, exceptional customer service skills for engaging with federal government clients.
- Government Experience: Previous professional work with federal, state, and/or local government entities.
- Health Security Knowledge: Knowledge on health security, public health, and/or biodefense subject areas.
The projected compensation range for this position is USD $72,000 - USD $127,400 per year.
