Job Summary

Mission Hospital is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Parking Attendant to provide exceptional service to our patients and visitors. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining a premier level of service at our assigned location.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet arriving customers at vehicles or entry doors in a positive and professional manner.
  • Proactively offer parking and valet services and provide information and assistance as needed.
  • Assist in facilitating patient/visitor flow between on-site valet services, registration points, or service area locations.
  • Provide directions to desired locations or help determine desired location.
  • Assure valet work area is well kept and orderly.
  • Perform responsibilities within established customer service and safety standards.
  • Adhere to system and department compliance policies, and any and all applicable laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid Driver's license with no major driving violations in the past three years; no minor driving violations in the past five years.
  • Ability to drive manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
