Part-Time Waste Management Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Apartment Trash Collector (Service Valet). This part-time position offers flexible evening hours and the opportunity to work close to home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transport trash bags collected from residents' doorsteps to the onsite trash compactor at the apartment community.
- Use our company's App to take required photos (arrival, departure, tracking, non-compliance) during service.
- Work independently with minimal supervision, adapting to changing weather conditions and property layouts.
Requirements:
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
- A reliable open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with a trailer.
- Valid driver's license and current auto insurance in your name (or listed as a driver on policy) for your vehicle.
- Ability to lift and transport items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Ownership of a smartphone with a data plan to utilize our mobile app.
