Job Summary

The FootBridge Companies is seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Test Technician to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for performing complex tasks associated with manufacturing operations, including working with engineers in set-up and calibration tasks, as well as performing work, rework and testing and troubleshooting related to the production of parts, components, subassemblies, and final system assemblies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with engineers to set up and calibrate equipment, and perform testing and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality products.
  • Use advanced software to collect and analyze data, and make adjustments to products, instruments, or equipment as needed.
  • Develop and implement methods and procedures to control or modify the manufacturing process, based on blueprints, drawings, and diagrams.
  • Work with engineers to conduct experiments, and prepare technical reports summarizing findings and recommending solutions to technical problems.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior staff members, and may lead or supervise activities within a team lead function.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a comparable field, with a strong background in testing and quality assurance.
  • Oracle background preferred, and experience with 5S or other Lean tools desired.
