We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated CT Technologist to join our team at LewisGale Hospital Montgomery. As a CT Technologist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our imaging department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare patients for CT procedures, collecting relevant information and ensuring their comfort and safety.
  • Operate CT scanners, performing procedures with precision and accuracy, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Administer contrast media as required, adhering to radiation safety protocols and guidelines.
  • Participate in continuing education activities to expand knowledge of CT and MRI procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide exceptional patient care, responding to emergencies and maintaining a safe environment.
  • Assist with clerical and transport duties as needed, ensuring seamless department operations.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology.
  • ARRT registered, with CT Registry within six months of employment.
  • BLS certification within 90 days of employment.
  • Experience in Radiologic Technology, with a preference for one year dedicated CT experience.
