Maintenance Lead Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Lead to join our team at Metaltek Intl Inc. in Wisconsin. As a key member of our Maintenance Department, you will be responsible for directing and instructing maintenance personnel to ensure the efficient operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Maintenance Supervisor in prioritizing and coordinating maintenance activities
  • Provide technical support for new installations and modifications, including schematics and hardware specifications
  • Act as a liaison between departments and vendors, coordinating maintenance-related activities and communications
  • Expedite repairs and coordinate with operating departments and contractors as needed
  • Perform general maintenance mechanic duties as required
Requirements:
  • Broad knowledge of general maintenance operations
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to direct people
  • Experience in training and problem-solving
