Senior Scientist, Immunology Discovery

Simcere Zaiming is seeking a highly skilled Senior Scientist to join our preclinical team and contribute to the advancement of our discovery programs evaluating novel immune regulatory therapies for autoimmune and inflammatory diseases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, execute, and analyze immunological functional assays to validate therapeutic targets and develop novel treatments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance the company's pipeline and develop innovative therapeutic solutions.
  • Develop and implement novel therapeutic targets and technologies to address autoimmune and inflammatory diseases.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest scientific advancements in immunology and autoimmunity.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members and contribute to a collaborative and inclusive work environment.

Requirements:

  • PhD degree in immunology or a related field with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong scientific background in understanding pathways involved in autoimmunity and inflammation.
  • Demonstrated experience in execution, analysis, and troubleshooting of immunological assays.
  • Skilled in cellular and molecular immunology techniques.
  • Experience working with mouse autoimmune models.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent oral and written communication skills.
