Job Overview:
The Marketplace Cashier/Cook plays a vital role in delivering outstanding guest experiences by efficiently managing food and beverage transactions and preparation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Adhere to all relevant Tribal, Federal, and gaming regulations, as well as Kickapoo Lucky Eagle policies and procedures.
- Provide exceptional guest service by actively listening and addressing concerns and inquiries.
- Welcome guests and accurately process food and beverage orders using the Point of Sale (POS) System.
- Maintain accountability and security of the assigned cash drawer.
- Ensure the workstation is stocked and clean to present high-quality products.
- Collect appropriate payments for food and beverage services.
- Prepare food as necessary in the quick-service kitchen environment.
- Exhibit a professional and neat appearance at all times.
- Communicate positively and respectfully with both internal and external guests.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of food and beverage offerings to accurately respond to inquiries.
- Demonstrate excellent attendance and flexibility to work events and varied schedules as needed.
- Complete additional projects and responsibilities as assigned.
- Promote and embody KLECH core values and MAD skills.
- Safeguard confidential information related to the position.
- Participate in all required training sessions as directed.
- Monitor compliance with Federal currency transaction reporting requirements and property-established Anti-Money Laundering policies.

Preference is given to qualified members of the Kickapoo Traditional Tribe of Texas and other Native Americans.
