We are seeking a highly skilled Front Desk Agent to join our team at Omni Hotels & Resorts. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the face of our hotel, providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their stay with us is nothing short of memorable.
Job DescriptionYour primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing personalized service to each guest, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Managing guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately.
- Resolving guest issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintaining confidentiality of all guest information.
- Working closely with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experience.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work well under pressure and multitask effectively.
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
- Ability to accurately input information into computer systems.
- Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system.
