As a Business Operations Manager, you'll drive high-impact projects, work cross-functionally, and partner with leaders to conceptualize and drive projects that evolve our strategy and improve business operations.

About the Role

We're looking for a seasoned problem solver who thrives in a collaborative environment. As a Business Operations Manager, you'll:

  • Develop a deep understanding of Udemy's business and competitive landscape
  • Identify, evaluate, and drive strategic initiatives that align with our goals and strategy
  • Work cross-functionally to accelerate our growth and tackle mission-critical initiatives
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to build capability to monitor progress against corporate strategy & roadmap
About You

We're looking for a self-starter who can learn on the fly, manage through ambiguity, and handle multiple priorities. As a Business Operations Manager, you'll have:

  • Minimum 4+ years of work experience in management consulting or 6+ years of work experience in business operations, corporate strategy, and/or business analytics
  • Strong business acumen, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with data analysis and developing data-driven solutions
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to form effective relationships across all functions and at all levels throughout the organization
