As a Real Estate Investment Agent with NetWorth Realty, you will play a crucial role in identifying and acquiring distressed properties that can provide a solid return on investment for our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Sourcing and analyzing distressed properties using proprietary software and industry expertise.
  • Developing relationships with clients and other stakeholders to identify their needs and preferences.
  • Negotiating deals and closing transactions to ensure maximum returns for our clients.

Your success will be measured by your ability to meet or exceed sales targets, build strong relationships with clients, and contribute to the growth and profitability of our organization.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $89K in the first year, with opportunities for career advancement and increased earning potential based on performance. Additional benefits include uncapped commission, national recognition for performance, and contests, prizes, and events such as fishing, skiing, baseball, and golfing trips.
