We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Caregiver to join our team at Griswold Home Care in Burlington. As a Caregiver, you will provide non-medical services to seniors, enabling them to remain in their homes with dignity and independence.
Responsibilities:- Provide companionship and conversation to seniors
- Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, grooming, and toileting
- Prepare meals and clean up meal-related items
- Run errands and provide incidental transportation
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as dusting, vacuuming, and laundry
- Minimum of 19 years of age
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to lift, push, or pull 75 pounds
- Ability to bend, twist, stoop, kneel, and reach
- Ability to communicate effectively with seniors and staff
- Experience in home care or a related field
- Valid driver's license and current auto insurance
