Primary Responsibilities:

  • Oversees construction and financial aspects of assigned projects.
  • Manages client relationships and field supervisors for each project.
  • Responsible for scheduling, forecasting, and reporting on project progress.
  • Communicates updates on construction progress to all relevant stakeholders.
  • Prepares payment estimates and ensures timely receipt of payments.
  • Conducts site inspections to ensure safety, quality, and productivity standards are met.
  • Participates in weekly project status meetings.
  • Reviews and interprets contract documents.
  • Prepares and monitors project submittals.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction.
  • At least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with Construction Project Management Software or HCSS Software is advantageous.
  • Skills in GPS and Drone technology are a plus.
  • Understanding of estimating processes is beneficial.
