Job Summary

Roto-Rooter is seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team. As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment such as backhoes and mini excavators on residential and commercial job sites.


Key Responsibilities
  • Operate heavy equipment on job sites, following all safety procedures and protocols.
  • Work with a crew to complete excavation work, including loading, unloading, and securing equipment on transport trailers.
  • Interact with customers as needed, providing excellent customer service and ensuring their satisfaction with our work.
  • Maintain heavy equipment, performing routine maintenance and repairs as needed.
  • Work in confined spaces and open trenches, following all safety guidelines and protocols.

Requirements
  • Construction experience, including residential and commercial projects.
  • Current CDL Class A license.
  • Trenchless water, sewer, and gas experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
  • Ability to complete jobs within specified timelines.
