Chrysalis is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Group Home Staff to support individuals with developmental disabilities in leading self-directed, meaningful lives.

Responsibilities:

  • Support individuals with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation and budgeting
  • Encourage participation in fun activities and help individuals try new things
  • Mentor individuals to learn new skills and promote independence
  • Assist with shopping and other daily tasks

Requirements:

  • No experience necessary
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must pass a drug test and background check

Experience working with people with developmental disabilities is a plus, but we're willing to train the right candidate.
