Key Responsibilities
  • Operate shuttle buses in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
  • Provide excellent customer service, assisting passengers with their needs and ensuring their safety.
  • Perform regular vehicle inspections and maintain the cleanliness of the bus interior.
  • Log trip counts and report any incidents or safety hazards to the Facility Manager.
  • Assist disabled passengers and provide support as needed.
  • Communicate with the Facility Manager and other team members to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
  • Valid state-issued driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and safety protocols.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
