  • Procure parts, manage material inventory, and ensure prompt submission of engineering requests.

  • Oversee and manage labor hours and resources to maximize productivity.

  • Collaborate with the Maintenance Supervisor on task prioritization and execution.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 4 years of recent experience in commercial aircraft maintenance or MRO.
  • Possession of Repairman, Airframe, or Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) certification is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to mentor and support team members.
  • Competence in interpreting technical documents and regulations.
  • Capability to troubleshoot and resolve intricate issues effectively.
  • Experience in managing multiple projects and tasks concurrently.
  • In-depth knowledge of aircraft systems and major components.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and basic computer skills.
