About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Vice President of Information Technology and Digital Transformation to lead our IT and digital innovation efforts. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction of our technology infrastructure, ensuring the delivery of high-quality digital products and services, and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive IT and digital transformation strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives.
  • Lead a team of IT professionals in the design, development, and implementation of digital solutions, including e-commerce platforms, mobile applications, and data analytics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop technology solutions that drive revenue growth and customer engagement.
  • Oversee the management of our technology infrastructure, including cloud services, cybersecurity, and data management.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, customers, and partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends, and make recommendations for future investments and innovations.
Requirements
  • 15+ years of IT experience, with a minimum of 10 years in a leadership role.
  • 10+ years of experience in e-commerce, retail, or a related industry.
  • 10+ years of experience with large-scale e-commerce applications and marketing platforms.
  • 10+ years of experience with agile methodologies.
  • 10+ years of experience designing mobile application UX/UIs.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills for data-driven decision making.
  • Knowledge of Sales Force Commerce Cloud, Shopify, and NetSuite OneWorld or other ERP applications.
  • Clear understanding of Project Management Methodologies – Agile, Scrum, Adaptive.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Background in skincare, personal care, cosmetics, or a related industry.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
