As a Regional Sales Manager at High Liner Foods, you will be responsible for driving sales growth within the North Central Region. Your primary goal will be to expand our foodservice business by effectively managing sales, developing strategic relationships, and achieving budget targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and grow sales performance within the region, including foodservice commodity and value-added seafood products.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of key customers, competitors, and brokers in the region.
- Attend industry events, conduct product training, and provide business reviews to ensure strong customer relationships.
- Negotiate pricing and trade spend with customers to maximize sales potential.
- Provide market and competitive intelligence, sales forecasts, and track sales-related expenses.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, brokers, and stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in foodservice sales, broker network, or distribution sales, or equivalent experience as a chef.
