Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales growth by cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones through effective communication and product knowledge.
  • Utilize optical prescriptions to recommend specific lenses and lens coatings, ensuring guests receive the best possible vision solution.
  • Assist guests in selecting frames and coordinate frames with optical measurements, providing a personalized and engaging experience.
  • Conduct measurements using appropriate optical tools and consult with Opticians as needed to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Contribute to a positive store environment by fostering strong relationships with peers, management, doctors, and support staff.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store appearance, ensuring displays and inventory are visually appealing and easy to navigate.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1+ year of experience in retail or customer service.
  • Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers, and calculators, with basic phone and math skills.
  • Ability to sell through effective sales skills and accountability for sales results.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Self-motivation and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
