Overview

CHI Memorial Neuroscience Institute is a leading provider of neurological care in Southeast Tennessee and North Georgia. As a Physician Assistant in our Neurosurgery department, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the advancement of neurological medicine.

Responsibilities
  1. Assess, diagnose, and treat neurological/neurosurgical disorders in outpatient settings.
  2. Perform physical exams, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and prescribe medications as needed.
  3. Respond to emergency situations and promote positive lifestyle habits through education and counseling.
  4. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure efficient patient flow and effective care.
  5. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and conduct relevant research to advance neurological care.
Qualifications

Required Education: Graduate of a Physician Assistant training program.

Required Licensure and Certifications: State PA License and BLS certification.

Preferred Qualifications: Two years of experience as a full-time Physician Assistant in outpatient neurosurgery.

Compensation

$45.96 - $54.92 per hour.
