Inizio Engage is seeking a highly skilled District Manager to lead a team of Pharmaceutical Education Representatives in a nationwide field-based role. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving district performance, developing and motivating your team, and delivering on set objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, hire, and manage a high-performing team of Pharmaceutical Education Representatives
  • Develop and implement district strategy and short-term tactics to achieve business goals
  • Work in the field with representatives to coach and counsel on improvement of their skills, product knowledge, and capabilities
  • Monitor data analytics information to ensure full utilization of available resources and tools
  • Drive call plan adherence and execution
  • Ensure the district meets or exceeds all targets and goals
  • Set a positive tone and high standard for the district team in terms of work ethic, culture, expectations, and business ethics

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited College or University
  • 5 years of management experience within the Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, or Healthcare Industry
  • Ability to influence team member activities and lead through change
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze and draw appropriate conclusions using call reporting data
  • Professional, proactive demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
  • Results-driven with exceptional attention-to-detail and knowledge around metrics
