Hospice Aide Position Overview
">As a Hospice Aide at St. Croix Hospice, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care.
Key Job Responsibilities:

- Provide patient care, including bathing, nail/skin care, dressing/undressing, dental hygiene, and other personal hygiene tasks while maintaining a sanitary environment.">
- Offer positive, respectful, and confidential communication with patients and their families.">
- Take and record vital signs, assist with self-administered medications, plan and prepare nutritious meals, and assess patient conditions for reporting purposes.">
- Assist with ambulation, exercise, transfers, positioning, and support range of motion and other therapy activities.">
Qualifications

- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) designation current with state-specific requirements.">
- Licensed and insured driver with an automobile in good working order.">
- At least 18 years of age.">
