We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our dedicated team. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents.

The ideal candidate will have a level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care, with a minimum of 6 months' experience as a senior carer in a residential setting with dementia.

You will be responsible for leading a team of care assistants, maintaining accurate records, and building strong relationships with colleagues and residents. Your excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure will be essential in this role.

In return for your hard work and dedication, you will enjoy a competitive salary of £22,500 - £26,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications. You will also benefit from a range of employee perks, including:
